Here I have plastered the neck opening closed.
One armscye is also plastered closed, and the other is left open so that I am able to spray the surgical soap inside.
I went over the form and made sure to close up any holes or weak looking spots, in preparation for pouring the foam. After it's completely dry, I'll coat the inside with two layers of surgical soap.
Dori and I prepare to mix the first batch of foam. It comes in two parts, and they are mixed equally.
The first mixing! I felt a bit nervous the first time.
It's just starting to foam! This was so cool to watch.
